back to reality…

so vacation is over and i am working like at least full 8 hour days, i even work a 12 hour day the next 3 days. $$ but i am so exhausted, too tired to workout–but i don’t have much time to eat, so i can’t eat out of boredom =) i am soo tired tho. I would love to lay on that beach again…=/

is it safe?

hey everyone, so somebody told me they took green tea diet pills and they helped her lose weightb and they are just anioxidents so they are good for the body. She said the acai berry is like the same sorta thing. So last night I bought a 14-day acai berry cheanse, it notes weight loss flush.* But I don’t want to put anything harmful into my body.

Helpp, does anyone know if this is a good/safe product? thankss

today my fam is having a bbq and i know i will be so temped by all the snacks–since i’ve kept them out of my site for awhile now, I just hope seeing all that yummy food will not throw me back. Note: I’ve realized exercising has made cravings go away and is what really keeps me losing those lbs. if i don’t work-out(like yesterday) i feel like a blob and really made me eat extra cals. ooh well i’ll work out before the bbq then!=) and think of all the calories I burned, why would I want to eat them all back. Hope you all are having a great day so far!=)

Yay so Iam actually planning to keep writing on here! So I can keep in check with my progress. I am leaving on vacation in exactly 2 weeks, and want to lose 4lbs by then!=) Plan on doing a abs and weight class at my gym later today and go tanning! haha gotta look my very best in my bikini–and tanning apparalenty makes you look slimmer, so yipee.
